When do I get my order?
Each item is made to order and takes up to 7 working days to prepare your selected items and have them ready for shipment. The shipping time depends on the destination and on the shipping options (registered mail, ECO post, EMS). In general registered mail would take up to 14 business days, ECO post would take 5 – 7 business days and EMS would take 3 business days.
Can I customize my order?
Yes you can. You can ask for different color of the Swarovski crystal, different length of necklace and bracelet or different size of the ring. If you order earrings you can ask for clips/post /stud etc. Each item could be made in gold filled or sterling silver. Type it in the “special request” text box on our checkout page and we will do our best to fulfill your request.

What is gold filled?
Gold filled is composed of a solid layer of gold, which must constitute at least 5% of the item's total weight, mechanically bonded to sterling silver or other base metal. Gold filled has the same appearance as gold and it does not tarnish.
