Warranty

Smadar Sarid jewelry is handcrafted and made especially for you. Should your jewelry become damaged due to defects in workmanship we will repaired it and if needed replaced it.

When returning an item please sent it in welI padded package (please indicate on the package “repair”) and sent us an email (smadars@smadarsarid.com) specifying what are the defects and your details for shipment.

Please note that it may take 4 – 6 weeks for the item to be returned.

Due to the nature of our products certain components or parts needed to repair older items may not be available. In such case we will do our best to find similar looking components.

 

Returns

If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Smadar Sarid within 10 business days after the date of receipt of your order. In order to process your request please sent us an email (smadars@smadarsarid.com) indicating your intention to return the item and attached the invoice.

Sales items cannot be returned.

Items should be returned new, unused and with the Smadar Sarid Jewelry Design tag.

Smadar Sarid reserves the right to refuse the return if the item has been used, damaged or incomplete.

 

Refunds

Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same method of payment as used when purchased. Please allow few days after the receipt till the refund will appear on your account.
